Working in a high-pressure agency means wearing many hats. I connected the dots between the marketing strategy and the actual design execution. I handled everything from building WordPress sites to creating motion graphics and brand identities, stepping in to make sure we delivered quality work without missing our deadlines.

The Challenge

Managing multiple client accounts at the same time brought some very real, day-to-day operational challenges:

  • Speed: We needed to launch landing pages quickly using visual builders like Divi or Elementor, but the challenge was doing it without creating bloated code that ruins SEO and page speed.

  • Asset Adaptation: Marketing campaigns required immediate visual assets in every possible format (vertical, square, horizontal) without losing the brand's core message.

  • Connecting the Journey: Making sure that a user who clicked on a fast-paced social media video landed on a website that felt like part of the exact same story.
