Pao from Mate en Mano wanted to improve her website’s user experience to make it easier to buy products and reach new types of users, such as locals (Dutch), who were sometimes interested in her products but had trouble understanding the store’s language. Furthermore, she aimed to expand to other EU countries to start selling to a broader audience.

Results

After relaunching the store and giving it a fresh push with organic marketing, things started to pick up fast. Here's what happened:

  • Sales went up by 50% in just the first month after the relaunch.

  • Returning customers loved the updates, 95% NPS score 🙌 based on our feedback survey.

  • Website visits grew steadily, with an average increase of 30% each month.
