On this occasion, my job is to make an audiovisual video, for the proposal of creating a neighborhood in a vacant lot.

I was not provided with any real photos except for some screenshots taken with Google Street View and I opted to make a short video that works as a hook for a marketing speech.

The video is intended to initiate a proposal at a formal meeting for private investor.
